If an item is back-ordered, or not available in our warehouse, it will ship from the corresponding manufacturer which can take up to several weeks to fulfill. To check if the item you wish to purchase is in stock for immediate fulfillment, please email email@example.com. Static Motorsports is not responsible if an item sells out and becomes back-ordered in between communication and the order being submitted. By placing an order, it is assumed that you are aware and agree to these terms. A refund will not be granted for the purchase of a back-ordered item.
A shipping invoice will be sent the the corresponding email upon receiving an order, if applicable. The shipping invoice must be paid in full before the order will be processed. Many of our aero products are imported from Japan and price depends on the product selected and destination. Shipping prices fluctuate and any shipping quote is subject to change, especially if there is a long duration of time from when the quote is initially provided and when the order is placed. THIS IS A STRICT POLICY. Please, be fully aware before placing your order.
All shipping/truck freight companies require all cosignees to check and inspect visible and concealed damages to the product before signing off for the package. Damages can occur during transit. If you notice any damages related to the shipment, it is REQUIRED to note it on the bill of lading as proof after signing off the package. If the driver will not let you inspect the package, note that on the bill of lading and keep copy as proof. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your claim. Claims will not be accepted for damages realized or noticed after the driver has left the premises and after signing off clear. Signing off on the package releases the liability to you! Static Motorsports will not be held responsible nor reimburse for packages/parts that are signed off clear.
FOR NON-US RESIDENTS - The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Please follow these directions before submitting a claim or requesting a refund. Claims/requests for refunds may take 4-10 weeks to settle and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you need to submit a claim/request a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and pictures (if necessary). You will receive a response from a representative with further instructions within a timely manner.
**The return of certain products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.
